Providing remote support over the internet requires a little bit of setting up but once it is done we can access your computer remotely and quickly resolve any problems. It is less frustrating than doing it over the phone and less time consuming and costly than driving out to look at it at your premises.

First you will have to download the support software by clicking "HERE" - this will download a file, it may take a couple of minutes. 

You can SAVE the file (just remember where you put the file)  or just hit "RUN" .

Once it is downloaded, run and install the software, clicking "NEXT" and "OK" until you get to "ACCOUNT REGISTRATION".  If this is your first time - you will need to select "NEW USER" and enter your name, email address and phone number (optional).  When you complete this, you should get a box saying "YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY REGISTERED WITH SYBERFIX". 

We have a very affordable pricing scale, buy only the package you need.
All unused time is kept in "Roll Over" minutes.  (i.e. If you buy a 30 minute block and only use 10 minutes, you have 20 minutes of "Roll Over" time for the next session.)

Follow these 5 easy steps to downloading the syberfix software and you can request help from the comfort of your home or office.

STEP 1: Click "REQUEST HELP" to begin
STEP 2: Do you see the "WAITING LIST" button?  If you see this button your account has not been activated. Your repair technician must first your account before you can request help. 
STEP 3: Click "SEND REQUEST" button to request help
STEP 4: Set the "ACCESS LEVEL" button for your repair technician
STEP 5: If you see the "PENDING" button, this means that your request has been sent
